Recently, I found out that when you delete something permanently from the Recycle Bin, it is not truly deleted, according to someone who told me. So, how do you recover those files?

So in most or many cases the photos are still on the MEMORY CARD of the camera even though they’ve supposedly been deleted?

I’ve heard this before but was just curious where is the photo in the camera? Why is it not deleted if i deleted it in the cmaera?
