Does anyone have recovery cd file for download?
does anyone have the file specifically for hp pavillion a814x?
my harddrive failed ( system32 missing ) and i never created those set of recovery cd’s.
I googled and found some system recovery patches, but it doens’t seem to be for my pc model
please help !!

If your computer did not come with a cd then you probably have a recovery partition on your drive. During startup it would tell you which key to press, i.e. F10, F11, which you would tap repeatedly on startup. This would then take you through the steps to recover your operating system, as well as backup your documents & files.
