In internet explorer, click tools on the menu and click windows update. let ti scan for new updates and it should find SP3.
**Note: I recommend you wait to install it because it just came out and just like all Service Packs, it is prone to be buggy. Wait till you hear some reviews about it.
Visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ with Internet Explorer and follow the prompts.

Download the file and double-click it.
This way you can save the file to an external drive or CD for future use, or better yet, create a new install disc with SP3 integrated into it.
Sorry, there is no SP3 for XP. SP3 and 4 are available (as far as I know) for Windows Classic versions… You know, Win 95, 98…
For Vista, SP1 has released recently.
