Can I recover deleted files off my Nokia N73? I accidentally deleted all my images and videos! They were all saved on my memory card. What software do I use to recover them? Pleeeeeease help me!

Two nights ago I accidentally formatted my memory card. I lost all the pictures, needless to say, and have downloaded Recover My Files and SoftPerfect File Recovery. Problem is, I’m a little confused on how to use them. Help, please!
